We allow 14 days from the date you received your order to setup a return. All returns must have a return authorization number before making the return. To setup a return, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If your received item is faulty, you have to contact us within 3 business days after faulty-item received. Please send an email to email@example.com and attach photo of faulty-item.

- Freebies (Free+Shipping)/Giveaways/Sale items
- Other select items, as noted on the product description page
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back before contacting us.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if an item is not returned in its original condition, including all packaging and tags, but we understand that things happen.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
If you are approved, original shipping and handling fee plus $5.00 restocking fee (per item) will be deducted from order total and refund the rest amount by store credit.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES. If you need a different size or item, please ship the merchandise back for a store credit and you may place a new order at any time. Please note that the purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges. IWISB does not supply return labels. Returns must be in original condition accompanied with all original packaging and invoice.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address we provide upon return request. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when you're returning items to us. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
