Strictly no returns or exchanges unless there are defect(s) in the product(s) and the attention is brought to us no later than 24 hours from the day you received the package. So make sure you are ordering the correct item, size, and color.
In case you receive defective, damaged, or missing items, we will re-ship item at our cost.
If you received damaged or faulty goods, please notify email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Damaged/faulty/missing goods not reported within 24 hours of receipt will be subject to refusal of the return. All return requests must be submitted in writing by email.
• Photo of external package used for shipping
• Photo of carrier's waybill
• 2 photos showing damaged/dirtied items
• Detailed description of item's condition
If you received your order but there are some items missing :
• Package quantity and the picture of all the package or product received showing the exact weight (Including the outer package)
IWISB is not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.
IWISB is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering. IWISB will not be responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees under any circumstances.
IWISB reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund for the refused, undelivered, or abandoned packages.
