  • HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

    Only if you have paid for trackable shipping service during checkout, we will send your parcel via trackable service.

    Once your parcel on its way to you, you'll receive a shipping information email from our warehouse; simply click on your tracking link in this email then you can follow its journey to you.

  • I CAN'T TRACK MY PARCEL USING THE TRACKING NUMBER PROVIDED. WHAT CAN I DO?

    It may take 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the post office and sometimes tracking numbers may change. If after 3 days you cannot get the tracking information of your order, please contact us so we can help you further.

  • WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED YET?

    If after parcel has been shipped and late more than 30 working days (excluding holidays) and you haven't received your order, please contact us so we can help you further.

  • CAN I HAVE MY PARCEL REDIRECTED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?

    For your security we are NOT able to change the address your order is being sent to.

  • CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO A PO BOX ADDRESS?

    Unfortunately we're unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

    We can deliver to your permanent residential address or your place of employment. If you choose to have your order delivered to you at work, please ensure that there will be someone available to take receipt of the goods. It's also a good idea to add your company name to the parcel too as it'll help the driver find you easily.

  • WHEN DO I NEED TO ORDER BY FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING?

    We offer Express Delivery for a number of destinations.

    If express shipping option is available for your country it'll be displayed after you've selected your country from list at checkout page.

  • HOW ARE CUSTOMS CHARGES APPLIED FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

    We cannot predict what these charges will be so we’d recommend contacting your local customs office for the latest charges before ordering.

    We have no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

    We are NOT able to pay these charges for you or refund any of these charges.

  • WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED YET?

    You'll be able to follow your order only if it's been sent with a trackable service. We send emails to our customers automatically on every order updates. To track your order, all you need to do is click the "Track Order" link in order shipment update email and you'll be able to follow your parcel.

    Your tracking link will be able to provide up to date information on the status of your order.

    If your parcel has late more than 30 days and you haven't received your order, please contact us so we can help you further.

  • CAN I TRACK THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?

    If your order has been sent to you using a trackable service, you can follow its journey to you. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email from our warehouse once your order is on its way; simply click on your tracking link on this email to view the up to date tracking.

  • CAN I HAVE MY PARCEL REDIRECTED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?
