Only if you have paid for trackable shipping service during checkout, we will send your parcel via trackable service.
Once your parcel on its way to you, you'll receive a shipping information email from our warehouse; simply click on your tracking link in this email then you can follow its journey to you.
It may take 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the post office and sometimes tracking numbers may change. If after 3 days you cannot get the tracking information of your order, please contact us so we can help you further.
If after parcel has been shipped and late more than 30 working days (excluding holidays) and you haven't received your order, please contact us so we can help you further.
For your security we are NOT able to change the address your order is being sent to.
Unfortunately we're unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
We can deliver to your permanent residential address or your place of employment. If you choose to have your order delivered to you at work, please ensure that there will be someone available to take receipt of the goods. It's also a good idea to add your company name to the parcel too as it'll help the driver find you easily.
We offer Express Delivery for a number of destinations.
If express shipping option is available for your country it'll be displayed after you've selected your country from list at checkout page.
We cannot predict what these charges will be so we’d recommend contacting your local customs office for the latest charges before ordering.
We have no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
